4.2 Upon reaching the target, Firestorm will either:
a) Book the skydive on behalf of the participant, or
b) Issue a Skydive Voucher for the chosen skydive centre, allowing the participant to arrange their own date.
4.3 Vouchers are subject to the terms and availability of the skydive centre.
4.4 Vouchers may carry an expiry date; participants are responsible for booking within valid timeframes.
4.5 If the participant fails to reach the fundraising target, a skydive will not be booked and no refund will be provided.

5. POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

5.4 Participants who fail to attend their scheduled skydive (“no-show”) may lose their place and may be required to pay rebooking fees directly to the skydive centre.
5.5 Failure to complete the skydive due to the behaviour or misconduct of the participant does not entitle the participant to a refund.
